Total Aviation creating stars!
Total Aviation has been creating star employees through our Trainee Program for many years. We take new trainees under our wings and give them experience from each department, to give them the best possible knowledge about the company and our industry.
One star trainee is Philip Gaardbo who is based in our office in Copenhagen. Philip has been part of the Total Aviation Trainee Program for 1,5 years. He says: “I started without experience and I’ve already learned so much about the industry. The Trainee Program has made me grow and develop as a person and as a salesperson.”
We are very happy to have Philip onboard and it is a pleasure to see how our trainees grow over time. We are very proud of what we have done with our program.
